Overview: <strong>Develop and produce Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) reports and metrics for dashboards, senior leadership and board of directors&rsquo; committees.&nbsp; Assist in development of modeling and scenarios required for regulatory filings; assist with identification, monitoring and communication of emerging risks; support other department/corporate efforts.</strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Produce routine ERM reports and metrics for designated dashboards and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership and board committees.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in quantification of risk exposure analysis and development of robust scenarios for stress testing&nbsp;analysis to prepare company filings for regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct analysis to identify and validate internal and external emerging risks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with implementation of Risk to Reporting process including development and communication of roles and responsibilities, coordination of joint processes and deliverables.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with assessment and monitoring activities for priority enterprise risks and annual refresh process; develop new reporting templates/dashboards and documentation for new processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide support for designated department/corporate efforts including continued development of common&nbsp;foundational elements and updates to corporate risk universe.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics or related field required.</li> <li>Four (4) years related experience in Finance or Business field. Risk exposure quantification and scenario modeling experience required.</li> <li>Healthcare, ERM or insurance experience preferred.</li> <li>Broad knowledge of BCBSM business, history, goals and organizational structure. Knowledge and understanding of actuarial concepts.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in team environment with tight deadlines and build cross-functional relationships.</li> <li>Ability to develop and quantify risk exposures, design appropriate risk scenarios and stress tests. Ability to produce timely, accurate and effective reports.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and written/verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and PC flowcharting tools.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
