Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: The Consultant will be part of the Strategy team responsible for shaping and driving strategies for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan&rsquo;s (BCBSM) Health Plan Business (HPB) division. As part of the HPB Strategy team, you will work closely with market-facing segments and functional areas as a strategic adviser and partner on near-term and long-term divisional priorities and strategies (e.g., segment and functional area-specific efforts, cross-divisional initiatives, and division-led enterprise-wide efforts). Key activities include developing work plans, performing quantitative/qualitative analysis, gathering/synthesizing external perspectives (e.g., market dynamics, competitor insights, etc.), framing strategic options, and crafting deliverables. In addition, you will support the division&rsquo;s strategic planning process and its key strategic forums/discussions, gaining exposure to the most important priorities of the business.
Responsibilities: <div id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1502.row1" class="contentlinepanel" title=""> <ul> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Develop detailed project plans and schedules, identify goals, objectives, risks and resource allocation</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Monitor project status for significant deviations in quality, cost or schedule.
