Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Leverage existing sources of data and develop new ones to enrich future analytical work.</li> <li>Apply a range of analytical tools to help diagnose business needs, identify areas for improvement and help the company achieve its goals.</li> <li>Create and own reporting and data visualization for HR operations, including pulling reports from multiple HR and Finance systems for stakeholders on recurring and ad-hoc basis.</li> <li>Design people related standard metrics, dashboards and forecast reports to scale analytics to the organization.</li> <li>Create foundational workforce metrics to understand the current state while laying the groundwork for increasingly sophisticated analysis as the processes mature.</li> <li>Create data models and perform analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.</li> <li>Clearly communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders on strategic outcomes.</li> <li>Translate data and trends into strategies and stories and draw conclusions and summarize recommendations.</li> <li>Demonstrate discretion and good judgement when working with highly sensitive data.</li> <li>Maintain knowledge base of industry trends, corporate initiatives, current planning practices, and human resources functions to ensure appropriate application.</li> <li>Maintain a basic understanding of all business area(s) and their strategies within the organization.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with other HR departments (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Benefits, etc.) and all key contacts/stakeholders within the organization.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, HR Management or related field required.</li> <li>Minimum five years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence or data analytics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum five years of experience in HR analytics including building, configuring, customizing and implementing reports and dashboards.</li> <li>Minimum four years of experience in reporting in PeopleSoft HCM, using OBIEE or equivalent.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory, predictive modeling and data mining.</li> <li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; demonstrates ability to multi-task and establish priorities.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of functional HR areas processes, practices, technology and laws.</li> <li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.</li> <li>Ability to understand and arrange large data sets that produce insights with people data.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills to effectively communicate data outcomes.</li> <li>Ability to effectively interface with various levels of management internally and as wells as contacts outside the organization.</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (e.g. v-lookup, pivot tables and pivot reporting, and advanced formulas including array formulas).</li> <li>Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em></p>
