Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible for supporting the planning and performance management processes within the Health Plan Business (HPB) Performance Office (PO). This position will provide oversight to process management, conduct analytics to identify risks and provide data insights, and ongoing reporting.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct analyses on assigned projects within the project portfolio pipeline and supply critical insights which necessitate further review through the PO process.</li> <li>Monitor project performance against targeted goals, highlight risks as needed when performance is off track and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure project timing, funding, operating gain, benefit cost savings etc. are aligned.</li> <li>Prepare, coordinate and facilitate meetings with key project stakeholders to provide project status updates.</li> <li>Assist HPB and PO management in analyzing qualitative problems related to the PO process and help craft and implement solutions in a timely manner.</li> <li>Prepare reports and presentation materials for PO and senior management meetings.</li> <li>Maintain knowledge and comprehensive understanding of resources and systems utilized. Conduct user training and onboarding for new team members.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm, implement and maintain process and project improvements.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, data analytics or related field is required.</li> <li>A minimum of four (4) years of related work experience in analytics, reporting and/or consulting is required.</li> <li>Previous experience with project management is preferred.</li> <li>Ability to document decisions and action items from meetings and determine implications on future work priorities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage and keep pace with multiple parallel processes.</li> <li>Ability to develop and leverage strong working relationships with colleagues to manage key processes efficiently.</li> <li>Strong financial literacy.</li> <li>Proficient with Excel and skills to drive essential analytics.</li> <li>Proficient with PowerPoint and skills to create presentation ready slides.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present well in key forums.</li> </ul> <em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em>
