Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Accountable for successful project implementation, documentation or training course in administration.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <div>Monitor and control varied, complex operations to achieve goals and conserve resources.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop standards and educate employees to carry out job functions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide effective/efficient solutions to business problems and effectively communicate recommendations to all levels of employees.</div> </li> <li> <div>Plan, coordinate, develop and implement approved projects which are divisional and/or corporate in scope.</div> </li> <li> <div>Represent department and division as requested on workgroups and special assignments. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop documentation (both online and paper) for use by operational areas.&nbsp;</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop performance-based training to meet operational needs and requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Work closely with subject matter experts (SME's).</div> </li> <li> <div>Evaluate documentation/training to ensure cost-effectiveness.</div> </li> <li> <div>Other duties may be assigned.</div> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Technical Communications or related field preferred.</li> <li>Three (3) to five (5) years claims/benefits or two (2) years corporate writing experience and/or similar experience in related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material.</li> <li>Demonstrated PC skills: Word Processing,&nbsp;Windows required Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheets, Project Management software preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><u><strong>Department Preferences:&nbsp;</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Proficient with PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and Adobe Creative.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -42px; top: 26.7639px;">&nbsp;</div>
