Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible for the management of facility operations, maintenance, and associated administrative processes. Develop annual and long-term plans for the facility expenditures, including operating and capital improvements budgets. Maintain single-point accountability for assigned responsibilities and services to customers.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manage the self-performed and subcontracted activities of the department with zero unplanned business interruptions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Own department safety for zero recordable injuries with support from the Safety Coordinator.</li> <li>Respond to facility emergency notifications 24 hours a day.</li> <li>Perform layered process audit facility inspection weekly.</li> <li>Lead department planning, problem-solving, metric reporting, staff development, and communication.</li> <li>Work with the Director to develop and update facility annual and long-term plans and budgets.</li> <li>Provide a high degree of leadership while representing the department during discussions with senior management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for special projects and/or problem resolutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide effective and efficient solutions to complex business problems.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field required; technical, architectural or engineering degree preferred.</li> <li>Seven (7) years of experience in related field required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Three (3) years leadership experience required.</li> <li>Experience managing self-performed and subcontracted maintenance operations preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good organizational, planning, analytical, verbal and written communication skills required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work effectively with limited direction in a team environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of facilities management functions, systems and methods.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> <li>Directly supervises a varied number of employees in the designated department(s).&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -112px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
