Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Assist the Retail Ops Manager with both team management and overall support for the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform and associated applications. Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Support, and core program business processes.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Support basic platform administrative functions including but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.</li> <li>Assists in training new users and grow the skill set across the division.</li> <li>Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.</li> <li>Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.</li> <li>Effectively act as a liaison between our users, internal IT, vendors, and the application development teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Information Systems, Health Administration, or a related field required.</li> <li>Four (4) years experience working with the overall Salesforce platform and associated clouds.</li> <li>One (1) year experience effectively utilizing Salesforce Administrator functions and tasks.</li> <li>Salesforce Administrator certification required.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and coordinate with other teams.</li> <li>Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -305px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
