Overview: <br />Provide overall support to both the Retail Ops Manager and Senior CRM Business Administrators with the ongoing development of our Salesforce platform and associated applications. Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Support, and core program business processes.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Support basic platform administrative functions including but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.</li> <li>Support the training efforts for new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the division.</li> <li>Under supervision, coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.</li> <li>Support the work to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.</li> <li>Effectively act as a supporting liaison between our users, internal IT, vendors, and the application development teams.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent years of work experience required.</li> <li>Two (2) years experience working with development/configuration in the Salesforce platform.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and coordinate with other teams.</li> <li>Ability to support the impact assessment for new requirements on upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding of the platform, with the ability to support the build of custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.</li> <li>Basic understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.</li> </ul>
