Overview: <p style="font-weight: 400;">IT Architect Principal</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">Provides overall direction, guidance and definition of an enterprise architecture that effectively supports the Corporate Business Strategy. Responsibilities include researching analyzing designing proposing and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the, business and technology strategies.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>They must have significant business knowledge and have one or more areas of technical expertise in which they concentrate. These technical areas may include business, information, solution, security, and technology.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Ten (10) years of experience in multiple IT areas with five (5) years of relevant architecture experience (data, network, application, systems, etc.) required.</li> <li>Strong Leadership skills.</li> <li>Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering and integration required.</li> <li>Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES</strong></p> <p>Experience with the following:</p> <ul> <li>TOGAF</li> <li>Healthcare payer</li> <li>Electronic transactions</li> <li>Solutions Architecture</li> <li>Enterprise Architecture</li> </ul> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to self motivate, take initiative and endure leadership skills to seek out work and accomplish goals.</li> <li>Decision making and critical thinking abilities to relate to and understand issues to reach productive decisions.</li> <li>Subject matter expert knowledge of products and services.</li> <li>Ability to think and act strategically to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.</li> <li>Extensive experience in client relationship management through knowledge and ability to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship during engagements.</li> <li>Ability to provide technical and business guidance in multiple situations both internally and externally.</li> <li>Ability to develop and integrate new ideas and initiatives that improve the performance of the organization.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
