Overview: The Talent Management team is responsible for the design and execution of key HR Processes including Performance Management, Talent Summits, Succession Planning and Talent Inventory. The ideal individual will collaborate with the Organizational Development Project Leader in designing and implementing organizational development interventions in order to streamline and maximize business and human performance.
Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Corporate Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Participates in various projects related to human performance like change management, organizational design, work design and metrics, job design, and team and organizational effectiveness in order to maximize human performance.</li> <li>Conducts organizational analysis with customers to identify performance needs and gaps, makes recommendations concerning appropriate interventions to address gaps, enhance performance, and achieve organizational goals.</li> <li>Utilizes standard instruments and tools (e.g., assessments, observations, interview tools, surveys, focus groups, etc.) to assess individual, team and organizational performance.</li> <li>Drafts proposals to enhance performance and positively impact business results using data driven processes, tools, and techniques and leveraging best practices research and methodologies. Submits proposals to manager for approval.</li> <li>Develops and implements interventions approved by the consultants to address gaps identified in the analysis and assessment phases. Facilitates interventions through ongoing communication with client and management. Ensures interventions are aligned with business strategy and goals and reinforce the objectives and expected outcomes of the process.</li> <li>Works with client to enable client to maintain intervention after services have been rendered. Provides management with technical and performance reports on the effectiveness of the intervention.</li> <li>Obtains information and data to inform practice and monitor projects. Utilizes feedback to modify organizational development processes, tools and techniques with the end goal of improving human and business performance.</li> <li>Facilitates organizational development exercises like team building, workshops, and focus groups to enhance the cohesiveness of teams.<br />Evaluates software and hardware tools and may advise and assist in the selection and installment of tools.</li> <li>Writes or drafts technical reports, articles or related material based on research, investigation, and analysis.</li> <li>Plans and schedules project timelines and deadlines. Ensures timely completion of the deliverables.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong><u>Desired Qualifications / Departmental Preferences</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with performance management programs/processes.</li> <li>Experience with succession planning.</li> <li>Developing and executing project plans.</li> <li>Developing training (webinar and in person content).</li> <li>Delivering training (webinar and in person delivery).</li> <li>Writing communications and developing presentations.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related field required. Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.</li> <li>Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in related field required.</li> <li>Must possess business knowledge and acumen.</li> <li>Adaptability and collaboration necessary to build and maintain positive relationships.</li> <li>Well-developed oral, written and communication skills.</li> <li>Process management skills as well as analytical skills required.</li> <li>Knowledge of behavioral science, psychometrics and organizational development.</li> <li>Must have data analysis and reporting skills and experience working with proprietary information.</li> <li>Customer oriented to effectively impact coaching/teaching and change management initiatives.</li> </ul>
