Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible to plan, organize, direct, control and lead assigned team. Operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of capital, manpower, equipment and systems to successfully deliver on responsibilities.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Interview, hire, train, and evaluate the performance of personnel.</li> <li>Establish and measure team performance to objectives; clearly communicate with staff on objectives and measures.</li> <li>Develop reports and exhibits relative to activities within the assigned function to share with leadership and across the Enterprise.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure consistency in data evaluation and reporting of activity and performance measures.</li> <li>Interface with departmental and divisional staff to identify opportunities to support and improve functions.</li> <li>Manage the maintenance and development of systems, tools and software to complete necessary functions.</li> <li>Develop strategies to improve the ability to support Sales and Sales Operations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or Marketing required.&nbsp;Master's&nbsp;&nbsp;Degree in related field preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Five (5) years experience in project management and business solutions development.</li> <li>Knowledge of marketing, sales and financial concepts within the health care insurance industry.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop team members.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Department Preferences</strong></u></p> <p>Knowledge of Agent community; Experience with Commissions in some capacity both a plus.</p>
