Overview: <p>This position provides end-user technology support, specializing in mobile devices using the iOS operating system.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the iOS operating systems (such as iPhone / iPad support.)</p> <p>Provide maintenance and support for basic client products, peripherals, network and physical moves. Partner with business clients to understand user needs and provide improvement to business processes, resolve problems, and technical solutions. This position is responsible for one or more projects/work initiatives/tasks concurrently as a team member.&nbsp; Work under general guidance from senior team members.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <div>Work with team lead or senior team members to understand user&rsquo;s client technologies requirements.&nbsp; Documents requirements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide input during short-term client technologies project/task planning efforts with team members. Document discussion and agreements.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide feedback on new software performance and testing.</div> </li> <li> <div>Participate with Level 2 issue assessment and resolutions of problems.&nbsp; Diagnose and resolve client workstation and mobile device hardware and software issues.&nbsp; Create temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented.&nbsp; Provide technical support to meetings that include video conferencing.&nbsp; Document solutions to common problems and responses for frequently asked questions.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide feedback on the development procedures based on established policies related to Business Continuity &amp; Disaster Recovery development.</div> </li> <li> <div>Gather research data on vendor products.</div> </li> <li> <div>Adhere to policies, procedures and standards. Support IT inventory management.</div> </li> <li> <div>Provide on-the-spot training to clients, as needed.</div> </li> <li> <div>Other duties as assigned.</div> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>One (1) year experience in Information Technology required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Customer service skills</li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, or within a team environment.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Departmental Preferences:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field preferred.</li> <li>Previous IT user support is strongly preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -46px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
