Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible for project(s) leadership in order to implement, design or deliver performance support tools and systems
Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible to lead multiple complex project(s) to achieve established goals and conserve resources.</li><li>Develop documentation (both on-line and paper) to achieve established goals and conserve resources.</li><li>Develop performance-based training and development systems to meet operational needs and requirements.</li><li>Develop standards and educate employees to carry out job functions.</li><li>Pr ovide effective/efficient solutions to business problems and effectively communicate recommendations to all levels of employees.</li><li>Represent department and division as requested on work groups and special assignments. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements.</li><li>Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Evaluate documentation/training systems to ensure cost effectiveness.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology or Technical Communications preferred.</li> <li>Three (3) to five (5) years project leadership experience required. Three (3) years technical writing or two (2) years design and development performance support systems experience required.</li> <li>Experience with documentation or training authorizing systems preferred.</li> <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li> <li>Proven ability to facilitate meetings, work groups, make presentations, etc.</li> <li>Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong>DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of the Instructional Design Process.</li> <li>Knowledge of Adult Learning theory.</li> <li>Proven experience assessing, designing, and developing training materials.</li> <li>Demonstrated logic skills reflected in procedural documentation.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills.</li> </ul>
