Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Supports the Director Investment Compliance in overseeing compliance with Securities Exchange Commission applicable rules and regulations and contractual requirements. Primarily responsible for driving progress to plan, coordinating across varying requirements and stakeholders, and supports reporting needs of the department and the director.
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Sets the plan that aligns with director strategy and Compliance Office strategy and successfully drives the work through execution, overseeing quality throughout the duration.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work may include but is not limited to complex regulatory analysis and oversight.</li> <li>Review, summarization, and dissemination of compliance reports/matters.</li> <li>Oversight of sensitive conflicts oversight, interface with Securities Exchange Commission regulator along with director.</li> <li>Oversight of quality regulatory filings.</li> <li>Completes projects from annual risk assessment.</li> <li>Develop materials and support running of compliance governance committees on status and conflict of interest oversight matters.</li> <li>Support director to ensure sources of truth documentation and systems are audit ready for SEC exam.</li> <li>Responsible for Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) compliance manual annually.</li> <li>Supports special projects or assignments as assigned by Director.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field is required.</li> <li>A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.</li> <li>Previous experience with RIA is preferred.</li> <li>Strong understanding of general RIA compliance effectiveness controls and process quality.</li> <li>Understanding of risk assessment, prioritization, and ability to execute risk mitigating projects.</li> <li>Ability to co-chair governance meetings, providing strong support for director.</li> <li>Communication savvy and know-how in writing, email, and executive committee reports.</li> <li>Well organized with attention to detail.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and investment applications.</li> <li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to analyze large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate resolution to high-impact and cross-functional problems.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques to improve business processes.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects of high complexity.</li> <li>Ability to travel if needed&nbsp;</li> </ul>
