Overview: <p>Serve as a liaison between the business areas and the IT organization to provide technical solutions required for the achievement of business goals. Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements. Support several moderately complex business processes within one or more business functions.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements.&nbsp; Provide direction for short and long-term planning sessions and provide direction to ensure understanding of business goals and direction. Provide input from a business and IT perspective.</li> <li>Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business priorities and advice on options.</li> <li>Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze customer&rsquo;s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.</li> <li>Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Provide factual content to feasibility study for standard development projects and enhancements and assistance in business case development (i.e., research, data collection), as needed. Develop user test cases and system integration testing and validate test results during testing.&nbsp; Review and approve test plans and monitor testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk, as needed.</li> <li>Investigate, resolve and escalate problems.&nbsp; Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.</li> <li>Keep customers informed of problems, issues, and status.&nbsp; Analyze performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.&nbsp; Manage customers&rsquo; expectation.</li> <li>Coach and transfer knowledge to less experienced team members.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Three (3) year of relevant technical or business work experience required.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of business operations and systems requirement processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated technical, analytical, systems skills.</li> <li>Display innovation in identifying, proposing, and overseeing the execution of business solutions.</li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, or within a team environment.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <strong>Departmental Preferences:</strong><br /> <p><strong>Please note: This position is being used as a sourcing requisition to gauge future interest. Candidates will be contacted as positions become available.</strong></p> <p>Scrum Master role supporting one or more Team Level nodes</p> Responsibilities:<br /> <ul> <li>Functions as a Servant leader on Agile/Scrum team, providing support to the Product Owner and Delivery Team(s), in their effort to drive maximum value and customer satisfaction through the project&rsquo;s objectives.</li> <li>Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex business problems and ensures resolution with internal and external customers. &nbsp;Help with analysis needs, requirements definition, competitive assessments and testing activities as necessary across assigned projects.</li> <li>Facilitates Story Mapping, Grooming and ad hoc requirements elicitation sessions using Agile patterns and advanced modeling techniques. &nbsp;Guides business representatives and project teams using functional decomposition to define capabilities, epics and story cards in support of value-driven objectives.</li> </ul>
