Overview: <strong>Responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of programs and strategies to support the goals of the division.&nbsp; Coordinate projects for senior management of division.</strong>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Coordinate, direct and monitor assigned activities. &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure an efficient and qualitative operation through effective planning, controlling and organizing.&nbsp; Coordinate and conduct analyses and research studies; communicate findings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Represent the department on special assignments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare reports and presentation materials for senior management.&nbsp;</li> <li>Design, develop and administer assigned programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Recommend and communicate goals, specific strategies and monitor performance against goals.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist management in analyzing problems and implementing programs that provide solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Qualifications</strong> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Mathematics, Behavioral Science, Communications or related field preferred.</li> <li>Four (4) years experience in analytical and research activities related to the health care industry or sales environment.</li> <li>Project management and familiarity with the client/server environment preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of competitors, techniques and methodologies required in related field.</li> <li>Knowledge and use of existing software packages.</li> <li>Strong teamwork, analytical, creative and communication skills.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <br /><br /> <p><u><strong>Department Information</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Comfortable to work independently and with minimum guidance</li> <li>Independent thinker and willing to work in an environment that changes periodically.</li> <li>Comfortable with working with Excel, Databases and other data toolsets</li> <li>Experience in presenting data to leadership - including building presentations that articulate insights</li> <li>Expertise in data presentation and assisting in drawing conclusions</li> <li>Ability to work well in teams and across organization</li> </ul>
