Overview: <div><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>The Marketing Project Manager will oversee several marketing initiatives geared toward our members, including efforts such as online visit adoption and use, Blue Cross Rewards engagement and other ongoing member programs.</strong></span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Under general supervision, this position assists in the development of marketing and strategic planning initiatives, and leads direct marketing projects which enable Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI to increase its presence within specifically identified segments.</strong></span></div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop strategic marketing plans, to include communications and presentations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage direct marketing projects to target increases in penetration of specific audiences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate marketing planning and execution with appropriate internal business units and departments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the corporate product naming process, to include market research, analysis, and internal compliance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead and manage day-to-day internal client relations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in and contribute to various corporate marketing and product and corporate communications workgroups.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's Degree in related field considered a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; experience in related field.</li> <li>Experience in project management and development and execution of marketing plans is required.</li> <li>Experience in business to business and consumer marketing required.</li> <li>Healthcare experience considered a plus.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to identify customer insights that drive behavior change.</li> <li>Ability to lead and coordinate work groups.</li> <li>Ability to present solutions and ideas for unique challenges.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal candidates will offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Marketing and/or consumer engagement experience in the services industries (e.g., health care, insurance, financial services).</li> <li>Experience in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM-driven workplace.</li> <li>Ability to drive results, lead cross-functional teams, influence others and foster collaboration.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated ability to translate the analysis into meaningful and practical strategies, plans and briefs.</li> <li>Strong understanding and demonstrated ability to be customer-focused.</li> <li>Evidence of achieving results in complex settings and in matrix/silo organizations.</li> <li>Innate desire and experience in driving consumer engagement.</li> <li>Bachelors or Master Degree in related fields, but not limited to, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Behavioral Economics and/or Psychology.</li> </ul>
