Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <div>Under general supervision, this position assists&nbsp;<span style="font-size: small;">in the development of marketing and strategic planning initiatives, and leads direct marketing projects which enable Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI to increase its presence within specifically identified segment.</span></div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for running&nbsp;the MasterClass webinar series, including the development of content for it,&nbsp;developing finalist presentations that are B2B customer-facing, craft white papers and other complex B2B health care content. The ideal candidate would need to be a master story-teller.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with the sales teams, product area and various subject matter experts throughout the company.&nbsp;Must be&nbsp;curious and be comfortable asking questions to get down to the bottom of things.&nbsp;</li> <li>Works with Corporate Communications and Digital Experience to plan and ensure we&rsquo;re delivering the right messages to the right B2B audience members at the right time throughout the year.</li> <li>Manage the overall marketing plans for our large group and autos and work with the Sales teams to deliver content that is relevant for ongoing customer conversations throughout the year.</li> <li>Will support the marketing and communication of our Customer Advisory Council forum, which is made up of Blue Cross&rsquo;s top customers. Will develop information to present to these customers on a quarterly basis.</li> </ul> <p>Develop strategic marketing plans, to include communications and presentations.&nbsp;Manage direct marketing projects to target increases in penetration of specific audiences.&nbsp;Coordinate marketing planning and execution with appropriate internal business units and departments.&nbsp;Manage the corporate product naming process, to include market research, analysis, and internal compliance.&nbsp;Lead and manage day-to-day internal client relations.&nbsp;Participate in and contribute to various corporate marketing and product and corporate communications workgroups.&nbsp;Other duties may be assigned.</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's Degree in related field considered a plus.</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; experience in related field</li> <li>Experience in project management and development and execution of marketing plans is required.</li> <li>Experience in business to business and consumer marketing required.</li> <li>Healthcare experience considered a plus.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to identify customer insights that drive behavior change.</li> <li>Ability to lead and coordinate work groups.</li> <li>Ability to present solutions and ideas for unique challenges.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experienced in the development and use of B2B content to market to organizations.</strong></li> <li><strong>Must be a master story-teller.</strong></li> <li><strong>Skilled at understanding complex information and making it simpler.</strong></li> <li><strong>Must be able to work well with other departments and divisions, and comfortable asking questions to get down to the bottom of things.</strong></li> </ul>
