Overview: <p><strong>Department Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>Candidate should possess great interpersonal and customer service skills. Can moderate online and offline conversations with social media sophistication. Experience with developing engaging content and knows how to use social media publishing tools. Manages all community communications. Set and implement social media and communication campaigns/response matrixes to align with marketing strategies. Replies to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.</p>
Responsibilities: <strong><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Responsible to plan, develop, write and edit a variety of assigned communications products.</span></strong><br /> <ul> <li>Conceptualize, develop, write and produce communications; i.e. brochures, newsletters, fliers, letters and manuals.</li> <li>Develop speeches and presentations.</li> <li>Assist in editing form letters and other mass communications to meet corporate standards for clarity, tone, style and correctness.</li> <li>Assist customer service units and/or other areas of the organization in developing and improving communication materials.</li> <li>Support special projects as assigned.</li> <li>Maintain a complete understanding of the corporate communications strategy and develop communications plans that support corporate strategic plan.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related discipline required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Two (2) to five (5) years or more professional communications experience, preferably in health care and/or similar experience in related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</span></li> </ul>
