Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <strong>Develops strategic marketing and engagement plans and ensures aligned execution of those plans. This role leads omni-channel marketing projects to help drive business results for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and its internal business partners, including acquisition, retention, adoption, use and behavior change objectives.</strong>
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Develop strategic marketing and/or engagement plans that address multiple audiences, including employers, members, agents and providers.</li> <li>Manage omni-channel marketing projects to target specific audience segments.</li> <li>Coordinate marketing planning and execution with appropriate internal business units and departments including Market Research, Insights &amp; Analytics, Corporate Communications, Digital Experience, Market Solutions and other areas.</li> <li>Partner with Insights &amp; Analytics group to develop and monitor appropriate KPIs for responsible portfolio of initiatives.</li> <li>Lead and manage day-to-day internal client relations and consulting.</li> <li>Participate in and contribute to various initiative workgroups.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong>Qualifications</strong> <div> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Master's Degree in related field preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in project management and development and execution of marketing plans is required.</li> <li>Experience in business-to-business and/or consumer marketing.&nbsp;</li> <li>Healthcare experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational, planning, analytical, presentation and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to identify customer insights that drive behavior change.</li> <li>Ability to lead and coordinate work groups.</li> <li>Ability to present solutions and ideas for unique challenges.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Department Summary</strong></u></p> <p>&bull; Drive strategic marketing and engagement initiatives to support B2B/customer retention and sales growth in alignment with business partner objectives<br />&bull; Maintain a working knowledge of the employer market and competitive landscape, prioritizing customer needs&nbsp;<br />&bull; Leverage and utilize market insights and data to inform Lifecycle marketing strategies&nbsp;<br />&bull; Coordinate omni-channel campaigns, inspire creative cross-functional teams, and align to corporate editorial calendar<br />&bull; Be a champion in getting the &lsquo;Blue Cross Value Story&rsquo; engrained with market-facing sales teams and external customers<br />&nbsp;</p> </div>
