Overview: This position is for an Architect who specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. Must be able to meet the demands of working across multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior technology leaders and business partners. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. Tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization will also be required.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Define, document, and publicize a strategic roadmap for various IAM technology stacks.&nbsp;</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Influence to ensure alignment effective prioritization of Product Roadmaps to IAM Strategy</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Continuously follow and evaluate technology landscape (market/best practice) for gap/opportunity development</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Bridge the gap between various development teams for designing solutions and business partners to fully understand their requirements</em></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><em>Define enterprise-wide standards and policies in respect to emerging technologies and provide the control framework to ensure adherence</em></li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong><em>Required Job Skills:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Strong understanding of industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML)</em></li> <li><em>Experience with multi-factor authentication technologies and privileged access management</em></li> <li><em>Understanding of API design concepts and modern application interaction patterns</em></li> <li><em>Strong knowledge of the technology stack such as web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors, and distributed systems architecture.</em></li> <li><em>Proficient in Windows, Midrange and Mainframe access provisioning and security systems</em></li> <li><em>Familiarity with deployments and integrations of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure or AWS)</em></li> <li><em>Strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles</em></li> <li><em>Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs</em></li> <li><em>Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Seven (7) years of experience in multiple IT areas with two (2) years of relevant domain experience (data, network, application, systems, etc.) required.</li> <li>Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application design, systems engineering and integration required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to accomplish goals through self-motivation, decision making, critical and strategic thinking to analyze situations fully and accurately, and reach productive decisions.</li> <li>Extensive experience with client relationship management to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship through communicating, presenting, facilitating, managing others.</li> <li>Consulting knowledge to provide technical or business guidance both internally and externally.</li> <li>Ability to develop new ideas and initiatives that improve the performance of the organization.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and experience with products and services to apply appropriately to diverse situations.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
