Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible for leveraging internal knowledge of the HMO marketplace landscape and research externally for additional competitive intelligence to generate HMO trends and business drivers to guide leadership in shaping BCN&rsquo;s product and competitive positioning strategies. Leading the rapid discovery and shaping activities of targeted high impact ideas to support BCN strategies and goals. Participate in product portfolio development and oversight efforts.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Lead a team in developing relationships and collaborate with our key business partners across the enterprise to advance initiatives and drive outcomes that align with BCN being affordable and convenient.</li> <li>Generate HMO marketplace and competitive insights through executing market research and in collaboration with business partners across the enterprise using existing competitive insight publications that can be leveraged and are relevant to the HMO business.</li> <li>Lead project efforts of vetted high impact ideas to support BCN strategies.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop position papers, fact pack gathering, cost and value estimates.</li> <li>Guide the hand off of HMO ideas to enterprise-led areas for implementation while maintaining BCN shared business owner oversight and approval throughout development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support product oversight including commercial products, POS, deductible programs, BCN Wellness Programs, BCN-65, Student Health Plans, HRA and HSAs to shape BCN&rsquo;s product and competitive positioning strategies.</li> <li>Provide oversight of FEP Requirements and audits, US Department of Labor audits, disruption reporting and Business Continuity compliance.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years&rsquo; experience in a related field is required.</li> <li>Previous market insights experience, leading projects and/or teams is required.</li> <li>Knowledge of funding arrangements such as self-funding and fully insured.</li> <li>Ability to develop, organize, implement and direct projects.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop team members.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Working knowledge of corporate organizational structures, including functional responsibilities.</li> <li>Excellent verbal, written communications, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.</li> <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with moving variables in situations with limited standardization and alignment.</li> <li>Ability to interface and present to all levels of the organization.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li> </ul>
