Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <div><strong>Provide complex project management, technical and analytic skills to complete and develop reports. Provide project management and analytic training and direction for staff. Ensure the overall quality and timeliness of deliverables.</strong></div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Manages the project implementation process including developing the business readiness plan, training materials, process and procedures and communication materials.</li> <li>Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks and resource allocation.</li> <li>Represents the area in corporate meetings or planning sessions and makes department level decisions as directed by leadership on corporate work groups.</li> <li>Monitors project metrics for significant deviation in quality, cost or schedule.</li> <li>Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.</li> <li>Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectation are developed and met. Recommend the development and direction of area software/hardware and technology.</li> <li>In doing so, utilizes technical knowledge and may conduct research in order to investigate future trends and impacts of technological advances.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><u><strong>Department Information</strong></u></p> <p>Ongoing operations of Whyzen Analytics includes managing multiple projects that include vendor delivery timelines, collaborating with IT delivery leads on project timelines and scope, and communicating project status updates to senior leadership. Additional responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>JIRA Ticket Management&nbsp;</li> <li>This position will manage all ongoing communication to internal and external Whyzen users.&nbsp; This also includes a monthly internal newsletter (Whyzen Wire), and a monthly external newsletter is also in development.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitoring of Service Level Agreements</li> <li>Whyzen Audit Tracking&nbsp;</li> <li>Data Feed Management</li> <li>Managing Whyzen users and customers:&nbsp; This position ensures that accurate documentation is provided when external users are provided access to customer data in Whyzen.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare or Computer Science</li> <li>Minimum five (5) years progressively more responsible related work experience and familiarity with healthcare analysis and reporting. Demonstrated knowledge and experience planning and leading high risk and complex projects.</li> <li>Experience with project management applications, presentations, development tools, and analysis tools required.</li> <li>Possess demonstrated knowledge of healthcare and/or managed care principles, computer systems, and claims databases.</li> <li>Extensive experience with analysis including root cause identification and problem solving</li> <li>Knowledge of Michigan health care marketplace</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of relational databases design and construction</li> <li>Knowledge of computer systems and SQL programming</li> <li>Demonstrated project management skills including the use of continuous quality improvement tools</li> <li>Demonstrated competency planning and conducting reports and completing research reports</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul>
