Responsibilities: <strong><strong>Departmental Preferences<br /><br /></strong></strong> <ul> <li>Enter new business, group wide changes and maintenance items into Facets, Prism, Group Crosswalk, Smart and the Tracking Log.</li> <li>Prescreen work received from underwriters</li> <li>System maintenance and special projects including, correcting incorrect conversion data, changing class plans for Automated Enrollment Processing groups and others.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned by leadership.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <strong><strong>Departmental Requirements<br /><br />Qualifications</strong></strong> <ul> <li>High school graduate or GED required.</li> <li>Two (2) years of college credit preferred with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration preferred.</li> <li>One (1) year experience in a Membership, Billing or Customer Service unit having performed work in Facets or Prism OR two (2) years&nbsp;experience in a group enrollment environment.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Facets required.</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple tasks, following through to completion, with a high level of accuracy required.</li> <li>High degree of complex evaluative, analytical, and problem solving skills insuring maintenance of data integrity required.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple project and timelines required.</li> <li>Ability to work with minimum supervision required.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with internal and external customers and all levels of the organization required.</li> <li>Data entry requirement of 90 NKPM with 99% accuracy required.</li> <li>Working knowledge of basic health maintenance organization processes preferred.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of group administration workflows and procedures preferred.</li> </ul>
