Overview: <div><strong>This role will support the Account Services team.&nbsp;</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Please note that this role will be a hybrid model including both in-person and remote work. &nbsp;</strong></div> <div><strong>All training will be 100% in-person.</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong><u>Departmental Requirements</u></strong></div> <ul> <li>Analyze need for training support.</li> <li>Develop and write training materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct and deliver training sessions.</li> <li>Capture training feedback and make appropriate recommendations or changes as needed.</li> <li>Ability to facilitate training sessions both virtually and in-person.</li> <li>Ability to work closely with other departmental designers and trainers and with supervision of leader.</li> <li>Comfortable with flexibility.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <div><strong>Accountable for successful project implementation, documentation or training course in administration.</strong></div> <ul> <li>Monitor and control varied, complex operations to achieve goals and conserve resources.</li> <li>Develop standards and educate employees to carry out job functions.</li> <li>Provide effective/efficient solutions to business problems and effectively communicate recommendations to all levels of employees.</li> <li>Plan, coordinate, develop and implement approved projects which are divisional and/or corporate in scope.</li> <li>Represent department and division as requested on work groups and special assignments. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements.</li> <li>Develop documentation (both on-line and paper) for use by operational areas.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop performance-based training to meet operational need and requirements.</li> <li>Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Work closely with subject matter experts (SME's).</li> <li>Evaluate documentation/training to ensure cost effectiveness.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology, Technical Communications or related field preferred.</li> <li>Three (3) to five (5) years' claims/benefits or two (2) years' corporate writing experience and/or similar experience in related field.</li> <li>Demonstrated oral and written communications skills, with emphasis on syntax, grammar and presentation of material.</li> <li>Demonstrated PC skills: Word Processing, DOS or Windows required Desktop Publishing, Spreadsheets, Project Management software preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <br /> <div><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em></div>
