Responsibilities: <p>The&nbsp;<strong>AI Support Developer II&nbsp;</strong>will help drive evolution and development of end user artificial intelligence solutions that enable IT and Business Partners to solve complex problems and enhance business processes and operations.&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic thinking, with cross-functional input to design, develop, and support deployment of AI models and algorithms that enable data-driven decision making.&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize communication and leadership skills to build partnerships with internal customers while managing the vendor relationship.&nbsp;</li> <li>Machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis; create intelligent systems that automate processes, improve efficiency, and drive business innovation.</li> </ul> <br /> <p><em><strong>Please Note:&nbsp;Hybrid</strong>&nbsp;work structure, which requires working minimum 1-day per week on-site at our downtown Detroit office (we provide free parking that is within covered structure connected directly to our building).<br /><br /><br /></em></p> <p>Additional aspects/elements of the role may include:</p> <ul> <li>Support one or more moderately to highly complex business processes/systems for multiple business units.&nbsp;Project team member for projects medium to large in scope and high complexity.</li> <li>Participate in the estimation of costs for the planning of new systems/enhancements for assigned systems. Serve as a liaison between business area and the IT organization and vendors in coordination with project managers to provide technical solutions that address user needs.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into technical requirements.</li> <li>Develop system manuals, system training materials and system enhancement communication.</li> <li>Gather data to support recommendations to address problems.&nbsp;Procure technical assistance to help in problem resolution.</li> <li>Work closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.</li> <li>Provide factual content to feasibility study for standard development projects and enhancements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide input for the development of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or forecasting activities as needed.&nbsp;Review performance against SLAs. Support achievement of SLAs.</li> </ul>
