Overview: <strong><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Responsible for project(s) leadership in order to implement, design or deliver performance support tools and systems.</span></strong>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Responsible to lead multiple complex project(s) to achieve established goals and conserve resources.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Develop documentation (both on-line and paper) to achieve established goals and conserve resources.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Develop performance-based training and development systems to meet operational needs and requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Develop standards and educate employees to carry out job functions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Pr</span><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">ovide effective/efficient solutions to business problems and effectively communicate recommendations to all levels of employees.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Represent department and division as requested on work groups and special assignments. Establish and meet deadlines and reporting requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Conduct front-end analysis and develop general specifications for training and documentation. Requirements: <div id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1574.row1" class="inlinepanel" title=""><span class="subtitle">Qualifications</span></div> <span class="blockpanel"><span class="">&nbsp;</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology or Technical Communications preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Three (3) to five (5) years project leadership experience required. Three (3) years technical writing or two (2) years design and development performance support systems experience required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">Experience with documentation or training authorizing systems preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: small;">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
