Overview: <p>The Project Consultant/Salesforce Business Administrator&nbsp;position will have the responsibility for platform business administration and non-code based configuration of IBU&rsquo;s Salesforce Ecosystem. This system is the core business system that is utilized by the IBU internal teams and external sales teams use to support our member engagement/servicing activities. This critical role will work with the Sr. Project Consultant/Sr. Salesforce Administrator&nbsp;to define key requirements needed to fulfill business request in a timely manner.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Understands concepts and applications of CRM Business System configuration and technical/functional capabilities</li> <li>Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.</li> <li>Supports&nbsp;&nbsp;business requirements gathering, workflow analysis, gap analysis, coordination of test case development and execution</li> <li>Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates system administration changes to support to parallel overall CRM business strategies.</li> <li>Able to analyze &amp; maintain system documentation and&nbsp;&nbsp;business policies/procedures</li> <li>Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures of sales marketing and database systems.</li> <li>Ensures that the use of CRM business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities.</li> <li>Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.</li> <li>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</li> <li>Performs a variety of tasks</li> <li>A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.</li> <li>Leads and directs the work of others</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field required.</li> <li>Five (5) or more years' experience in related field.</li> <li>Knowledge&nbsp;of project management tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple priorities.</li> <li>Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Access, Excel and Word).</li> <li>Ability to work closely with the technical support team in understanding and resolving systems issues.</li> <li>Ability to develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Desired Experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiar with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms.</li> <li>Salesforce Administrator Certified.</li> <li>Marketing Cloud Certified a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of program management preferred.</li> </ul> <p><em><br />All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em></p>
