Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Responsible for monitoring and evaluating product performance and recommends changes to current products based on product results, new trends and market research.<br /><br /> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Responsible for idea generation, concept development and supporting the design and implementation of new products and programs in addition to the productization of existing and future HCV programs.</span></div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist in the development of new product concepts and strategy with input from business partners across the organization, including accessing the marketability of concepts and working with sales and underwriting to develop pricing models as required.</li> <li>Directly support Product Development Consultants to create and refine business cases and other market requirements for new large scale products and programs.</li> <li>Assist other departments in the productization of health care programs by collecting existing capabilities that can address group customers&rsquo; health care issues and identifying where new solutions need to be developed.</li> <li>Package existing and new capabilities in a simple and easy to understand format to enable sales staff to speak confidently to group customers regarding potential solutions.</li> <li>Assist in the identification of product issues and the development of strategies to improve</li> <li>performance or retire products.</li> <li>Actively participate in the implementation of approved product performance or retirement</li> <li>strategies.</li> </ul>
