Overview: <p>Working independently within guidelines, responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing application and system implementation projects using a formal project management methodology.&nbsp;Typically manages multiple projects of small to moderate size and risk concurrently.&nbsp; Oversees the system development&nbsp;process.&nbsp;Develops detailed plans and schedules, including goals, risks, and resource allocation.&nbsp;Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.&nbsp; Assists in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies.&nbsp;Adheres to Project Management Office policies, procedures, and methodologies.&nbsp;Coaches and mentors individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders.&nbsp;Oversees client/customer relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met.&nbsp;</p> <p>Department Summary:</p> <p>Perform as Business Readiness Lead for Product projects, ensuring appropriate roll out of products. Working with operational and business areas, define requirements, identify business impacts, and manage development and implementation of required processes, training and communications, for internal and external stakeholders. Manage multiple projects concurrently using formal project management methodology utilizing project schedules, issues/risks management, and change control.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Working knowledge of MOS, NASCO, NCSW, &amp; other servicing systems</li> <li>Working knowledge of claims and customer servicing systems</li> <li>Working knowledge of claims &amp; servicing operations</li> <li>Understanding of the sales landscape</li> <li>Experience developing business processes and training material</li> <li>Experience developing and conducting executive level presentations</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
