Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: <span style="font-size: small;">Design, build, test, implement, maintain, and optimize the network, telecommunications, desktop, and mobility systems infrastructure and operations. Monitor and optimize the performance of operating systems and applications. Diagnose system failures and take corrective action. Use strong client service orientation to ensure all requests and problems are resolved. Work on one or more initiatives or workgroups to develop/build low to moderately complex systems.</span>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Work with team members to understand business needs.&nbsp; Analyze and translate business requirements into system specifications.</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Develop and document systems to meet business requirements.&nbsp; Develop/build, and test technology solutions to meet business requirements.&nbsp; Install, configure, and test technology and infrastructure systems.</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Maintain existing security capabilities, making recommendations and implementing appropriate up to date security technologies.</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Create test files and performs system tests.</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Assist in the deployment of new, modified or enhanced system components or services.</span></div> </li> <li> <div><span style="font-size: small;">Ensure performance meets the present and future needs of the business. Recommend changes/enhancements for improved systems availability, reliability, and performance.&nbsp; Analyze metrics to understand performance and identifies opportunities for continuous improvements. Requirements: <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES</strong></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Client OS Troubleshooting</li> <li>Virtual Desktop Infrastructure</li> <li>Horizon View Virtual Desktops</li> <li>Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / XenDesktop and XenApp</li> <li>ESXi / VCenter Management</li> <li>Thin Client Hardware / Windows IOT</li> <li>PowerShell Scripting</li> <li>Windows 10 OS Optimization / Group Policy Management</li> <li>Experience with managing project and documenting infrastructure in Visio</li> <li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>3 years of related technical work experience required.</li> </ul> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul style="font-weight: 400;"> <li>Knowledge of products and services.</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing environments</li> <li>Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.</li> <li>Ability to work independently or within a team environment.</li> <li>Analytical thinking skills.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
