Overview: <p>Responsible for providing consultative services to executive leadership on a broad range of strategic, organization and operations effectiveness issues resulting in significant improvements, regulatory compliance&nbsp; and positive financial outcomes to organizational processes.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Consult with executive leadership on significant issues impacting their business or the organization and provide options for resolution.&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead problem-solving efforts on a portion of engagement projects sponsored by executive leadership in order to achieve business and organizational outcomes.</li> <li>Identify issues, deliver innovative thinking, form hypothesis, design and conduct analysis, synthesize conclusions into business changing recommendations that address issues that prevent efficient and effective delivery of business outcomes and help to implement change with executive leadership teams.</li> <li>Interface regularly with executive sponsor throughout project to gather information on requirements, provide progress updates and present findings and recommendations. Interface routinely with business area directors, managers, and other employees of the organization to gather facts, data and information pertaining to a problem.</li> <li>Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams focused on improving performance and reducing variation through consistent documentation, procedures, business practices, systems, processes and tools.</li> <li>Provide expertise in analytical methodology used to facilitate data driven decision making, including the collection and monitoring of metrics used to assess, prioritize and select improvement projects.</li> <li>Consult, develop and ensure compliance in the use of competitive production and performance standards. Initiate and lead problem solving efforts working closely with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related field is required.</li> <li>A minimum of seven years of experience with increasing responsibility in business unit consulting with an emphasis on business management, process improvement and strategic planning.</li> <li>Two years in business or process improvement projects and two years experience in leading teams..</li> <li>Proficient in application of statistical analysis of business problems.</li> <li>Proficient in development and analysis of process maps.</li> <li>Proficient in project management practices.</li> <li>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other computer software.</li> <li>Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively multi task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional team meetings.</li> <li>Ability to train others in department specific project methodology.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em></p>
