Overview: The purpose of this role is to drive major IT transformational initiatives. This includes the development of strategy, defining target state ecosystems, identifying approaches, performing conceptual pilots, and equipping IT areas to scale out and operate new models. This role will work with executive and senior leadership to drive strategies and solutions that transform IT to enable business strategy execution.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop strategies for major transformational initiatives within IT to better align technology capabilities with business needs.</li> <li>Identify and define execution approaches, establish initial capabilities, and transition ongoing operations to operational organizations.</li> <li>Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define target state ecosystems for transformational initiatives.</li> <li>Manage and grow the talent necessary to enable transformational change.</li> <li>Execute POCs and Pilots.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field required.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ten (10) years of experience leading technology teams.</li> <li>Proven track record of driving IT transformational initiatives to deliver new capabilities.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business partners and technology leaders, and influencing successful outcomes.</li> <li>Must excel working in team-oriented roles where success is reliant on the ability to collaborate with others.</li> </ul>
