Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Provide administrative support services to Director or Manager, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality in handling work objectives.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars and assure all required information is prepared for scheduled appointments and meetings.</li> <li>Prepare, edit and proofread general correspondence including memos, letters, spreadsheets, e-mails, corporate forms, presentations, etc.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive support for meeting preparation and attendance including agenda preparation and distribution, meeting minutes, equipment set up, travel arrangements, etc.</li> <li>Assist department staff with special projects, presentation development, preparation and monitoring of budget, office supply inventory,&nbsp;coordinating travel, submitting expense reports&nbsp;etc.</li> <li>Screen telephone calls and may resolve routine inquiries.</li> <li>Track equipment and coordinate repairs including changes and upgrades.</li> <li>Support training environment by maintaining access to training rooms, lockers, and online resources.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.</li> <li>Two (2) years of secretarial or related experience required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Typing speed of 45 w.p.m. required.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of PC applications, i.e., Excel and Word and several types of office equipment.</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills required.</li> <li>Proficiency in business English.</li> <li>Must pass secretarial testing process.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Departmental Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Departmental Preferences:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;1-2 years experience in a customer service contact center environment</li> <li>Associates Degree</li> </ul> <p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em></p>
