Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <p>Responsible to plan, organize, direct, control and lead assigned function.&nbsp; Operate within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of capital, manpower, equipment and systems within assigned function.&nbsp;</p> <p>Partners with IT on the analysis, design and implementation of new applications, enhancements, feature releases and special projects, including defining roadmaps and project plans, project status reports, issue logs, testing plans, training &amp; transition plans, change management etc.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Leads the development, administration and maintenance of sales automation solutions such as CRM and Quote to Card applications.</li> <li>Act as business liaison between Sales and IT and collaborate directly with the business users and data owners to establish business rules, processes and solutions, including the integration of sales automation data into downstream systems.</li> <li>Participate in determining project priorities, balancing business needs with IT resources, and preparing system/project request documentation.</li> <li>Coordinates support staff of multiple external supplier team members and leads.</li> <li>Interview, hire, orient, train, evaluate the performance of and, when necessary, recommend discipline and discharge of subordinate personnel.</li> <li>Develop reports and articles relative to sales automation and financial activities within the assigned function.&nbsp; Ensure consistency in data evaluation and reporting of activity and performance.</li> <li>Interface with departmental and divisional staff to identify problems and needs.</li> <li>Manage the maintenance and development of sales automation system tools and software for division.</li> <li>Coordinate the preparation of reports and presentation materials for senior management and executive committees.</li> <li>Represent division on corporate projects and workgroups.&nbsp; Develop strategies to improve our ability to effectively support the sales process.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics or marketing required. Master's Degree in related field considered.</li> <li>Five (5) years experience in project management and business solutions development</li> <li>Knowledge of marketing, sales and financial concepts within the health care insurance industry</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li> <li>Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Knowledge of PC applications and mainframe systems</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS:</span> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of sales automation tools such as CRM and Quote to Card applications.</li> <li>Working knowledge of the Agile development methodology.</li> <li>Knowledge of and experience with sales processes and data.</li> </ul>
