Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Serve as lead financial liaison for the Auto/URMBT accounts providing analysis regarding products, pricing, and financial arrangements. Work with leadership to identify and understand how key business processes impact the business unit to help drive financial strategies, reduce benefit cost trends and increase healthcare value.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Evaluating cost structures and developing business metrics to provide a profit and loss perspective, facilitating change and improving financial performance.</li> <li>Assisting business unit in the implementation of financial strategies.</li> <li>Reviewing, analyzing and distributing bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, cash receipts, cash flows, trend analysis, membership data, claims data, administrative fees, subrogation, coordination of benefits and vendor carve outs (HME) for the Autos/URMBT accounts.</li> <li>Managing projects across multiple departments that have strict deadlines.</li> <li>Coordinating and participating in meetings with all levels of internal and external customers, stakeholders and vendors to create, explain or streamline processes.</li> <li>Facilitating annual budget development, variance and forecast reporting.</li> <li>Analyzing, investigating and providing explanations regarding various financial reports, and claim and eligibility inquires from vendors.</li> <li>Maintaining and monitoring access for TPA usage on HCBO.</li> <li>Administering access to NASCO for customer&rsquo;s employees and vendors.</li> <li>Reviewing, developing and negotiating Administrative Service Agreements and Administrative Fees.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or other related field.</li> <li>Masters degree is preferred.</li> <li>5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Underwriting.</li> <li>3 years of experience in Healthcare, Customer Relations and Contract Negotiations.</li> <li>Excellent problem solving skills to recognize define and formulate solutions to problems.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational and investigational skills.</li> <li>Ability to interpret administrative services agreements and vendor contracts.</li> <li>Ability to effectively work independently and within a team environment.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize.</li> <li>Ability to review NASCO/customer service workstation for membership and eligibility information.</li> <li>Ability to lead projects simultaneously and assume responsibility for meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Financial and data analysis.</li> </ul> <br /><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to, among other grounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, protected veteran status or status as an individual with a disability.</em>
