Other duties may be assigned</u>;</p> <ul> <li>Have managers, support staff and senior technical personnel reporting to them.</li> <li>Leads and directs an organization responsible for a segment of the work performed by the Information Technology division.</li> <li>Identifies the drivers, strategies and needs of clients' operations and leads internal change to support those operations.</li> <li>Influences and supports the culture, values and standards of the organization.</li> <li>Directs, motivates and develops managers and other key personnel who report to them.&nbsp;</li> <li>Directs the development of corporate standards.</li> <li>Directs reviews of tools and technologies for improving performance and reducing costs.</li> <li>Works closely with Business Unit Support and with appropriate business areas to ensure that business needs are understood and that services provided meet those needs.</li> <li>Performs leadership duties, including performance reviews.</li> <li>Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs.</li> </ul> <p><u>Key Responsibilities</u>:</p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership and oversight on all aspects of the digital workplace / Office 365 implementation including technical engineering, operational readiness, early adopter and pilot programs, technology transition and transformation; communications; end user adoption; service delivery and service support.</li> <li>Deliver operational stability in close collaboration with the Platform Engineering, Network Services, Service Management, Information Security, and IT Operations teams.</li> <li>Define appropriate service standards, governance, utilization, and support practices.</li> <li>Drive towards Cloud Service adoption.</li> <li>Ensure the integrity and quality of end user computing environments throughout the entire technology transformation lifecycle.</li> <li>Develop a strategy and roadmap for End User Computing (EUC) to support our Global Environment</li> <li>Create and maintain Reference Architectures for EUC services</li> <li>Serve as an architectural resource for projects and other solution development activities</li> <li>Create Technology Standards documentation and drive processes to identify, create, ratify and publish standards.</li> <li>Create guidelines, technical recommendations and white papers, consolidating the input from a variety of sources and Subject Matter Experts.</li> <li>Create the service and technology roadmaps and migration strategies of retiring products.</li> </ul> <p><u>Governance and Processes:</u></p> <ul> <li>Provide governance and ensure technical guidance during development of O365 based solutions to ensure compatibility</li> <li>Manage efficient process to create fit-for-purpose SharePoint solutions which run on the platform. This includes both solutions based on configuration of templates as well as custom-built solutions.</li> <li>Enable development of new solutions using Agile methods</li> <li>Accelerate solution delivery through creation and maintenance of reusable platform components</li> </ul> <p><u>Stable Operations:</u></p> <ul> <li>Ensure the integrity and quality of the environments throughout the entire lifecycle</li> <li>Manage operational stability and service availability in close collaboration with Platform Engineering, Service Management, and IT Operations teams.</li> <li>Enterprise SharePoint Platform Strategy</li> <li>Set strategic direction for the end user computing / digital workplace environment to ensure that the service is fit for purpose, the services are well defined and the evolution of service is managed to maximize its benefits.</li> <li>Define appropriate service solutions, standards, governance, utilization, and support practices.</li> <li>Drive towards Cloud Service adoption</li> </ul> <p><u>Strategic Relationship Management:</u></p> <ul> <li>Maintain trusted relationships with key platform stakeholders, including business customers, IT Solutions Delivery teams, jointly assess their needs and incorporate into platform roadmap.</li> <li>Manage relationship with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless end-to-end service.</li> <li>Proven success in delivering SharePoint Services at a global scale, both on-premises and in the cloud (O365)</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><u>Required Qualifications and Skills</u>:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum fifteen years of experience in the implementation, transformation, and support of large scale enterprise end user computing environments.</li> <li>Expert in leading enterprise end user technology transformation initiatives with Windows 10, Office 2016 and O365 Office Pro Plus, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, OneNote, Teams, Planner, Flow, Sway, Stream, PowerApps, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Endpoint Protection technologies, Mobile Device and Application Management technologies, Voice and Video conferencing services.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and confident, articulate presentation skills.</li> <li>Diverse organizational and situational leadership skills.</li> <li>A dedication to customer service with a commitment to quality.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Computer Science(s), Information Technology/Security from an accredited college/university.</li> <li>Knowledge of and experience with Office 365 products and emerging features.</li> <li>Experience in user adoption strategies for enhanced digital communication and collaboration capabilities in a large-scale enterprise.</li> <li>Excellent O365 skills.</li> <li>Experience in people and change management.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.</li> <li>Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fluid environment.</li> <li>Strong investigative and analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy, dynamic work environment.</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field required.&nbsp; Master's Degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Minimum ten (10) years related experience preferred.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>A high proficiency level in specific job related skills are required.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
