Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: Support to Director as well as additional support to area and division as needed. Perform a broad range of secretarial duties or typing assignments for Director(s) or Manager(s) using a computer and appropriate software packages.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Performs standard and/or advanced confidential secretarial duties, working within established parameters.</li> <li>Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.</li> <li>Composes routine correspondence and memoranda.</li> <li>Screens telephone calls and receives and directs visitors, and may resolve routine inquiries.</li> <li>Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.</li> <li>Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.</li> <li>Two (2) years of secretarial or related experience required.</li> <li>Typing speed of 45 w.p.m. required.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of PC applications, i.e., Excel and Word and several types of office equipment.</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills required.</li> <li>Proficiency in business English.</li> <li>Must pass secretarial testing process.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience using the following internal corporate systems:</li> <ul> <li>RESX (travel)</li> <li>PeopleSoft (Expense Reports)</li> <li>WiseBuys (Procurement)</li> <li>Myassistant (catering)</li> <li>PowerPoint</li> <li>Facilities system (MP2)</li> </ul> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate Policies.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient in the use of Visio.</li> <li>Experience coordinating the PEP process.</li> <li>Experience assisting in the development and management of budgets.</li> </ul>
