Overview: <div><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">The CRM Marketing Analyst&nbsp; is integral to the success of the Individual Business Unit&nbsp;as we continue to evolve the CRM and digital capabilities in partnership with enterprise partners&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">in order to retain and acquire members, as well as to positively impact the member and customer experience. This individual will assist in providing strategic direction on campaign delivery and optimization with enterprise partners, through various online marketing channels to support IBU marketing goals. The analyst will assist management in the ongoing website maintenance and distribution channel support, analyzing marketing program performance, solving problems and implementing programs that provide solutions. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for staying on top of the ever-changing retail digital marketing and commerce environment, reporting on trends, learning about new technologies, and being one of the company&rsquo;s core team of digital marketing thought leaders.</span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of project(s) with moderate to complex scope and deliverables. Project scope is at least two years planning to implementation and may impact one or more business unit/function. Project scope typically impacts one or more of the following: process, system, function, product and/or service.</span></div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for the coordination, support, execution and reporting of campaigns through various online marketing channels to support strategic marketing goals</li> <li>Leverages delegated administration rights in Sales Cloud to configure changes to email templates, campaign and lead management projects.</li> <li>Leverages full administration rights in Marketing Cloud to manage campaigns and journeys.</li> <li>Analyzes marketing program data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.</li> <li>Facilitate successful execution of complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.</li> <li>Maintains strong familiarity with all features of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud products.</li> <li>Coordinates with enterprise partners and to ensure that all campaigns and campaign content meet company brand, guidelines, communication strategy and standards.</li> <li>Coordinates internal and external partners on any configuration changes made to objects in Sales Cloud to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management, unsubscribe and global permission and preference/opt-out requirements and process</li> <li>Ability to identify, research and resolve campaign, journey and data errors to facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives.</li> <li>Manages Marketing Cloud account for Marketing team (licenses, data feeds, deliverability, sender score, ROI, etc.</li> <li>Develops personalized and dynamic content messaging in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.</li> <li>Four (4) to seven (7) years&rsquo; experience in related field.</li> <li>Supervisory and/or Analyst experience required with proven experience in operational analysis, data analysis, and problem resolution type activities.</li> <li>Ability to plan, organize, direct and control projects.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects.</li> <li>Working knowledge of PC applications and/or mainframe required.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred</li> <li>Five (5) or more years&rsquo; experience in related field.</li> <li>Three (3) years project management experience in health plan operations or related field.</li> <li>Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations.</li> <li>Knowledge of program management preferred.</li> <li>Proficient knowledge of&nbsp;the following PC applications and CRM platform tasks required.</li> <li>1+ years of marketing automation preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.</li> <li>Ability to design and code ongoing triggered campaigns.</li> <li>Strong knowledge in SEM including: Google AdWords and analytics, paid search, remarketing and display advertising.</li> <li>Familiarity with engaging customers through Social Media platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with the creation and deployment of marketing emails.</li> <li>Familiarity with SEO including: keyword/phrase optimization.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of website tracking and landing page coordination.</li> <li>Familiarity of AMP Script, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver a plus.</li> <li>HTML/CSS/SQL and some JavaScript experience preferred.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple priorities.</li> </ul>
