Competitive Total Compensation Package

Overview: <p><strong>Will support three to four Directors in a broad range of duties including calendar management, coordination of meetings and itineraries, preparation of materials utilizing Microsoft Office and other supporting tasks.&nbsp; This position requires candidates who are extremely organized and can support multiple Directors and their teams whose needs and requirements may vary.&nbsp; The ability to multi-task between these teams is imperative to success in this role.&nbsp; Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is critical.</strong></p> <p><strong>Understanding of Finance terminology a plus.</strong></p> <p><strong>Provide administrative support services to Director or Manager, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality in handling work objectives.</strong></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars and assure all required information is prepared for scheduled appointments and meetings.</li> <li>Prepare, edit and proofread general correspondence including memos, letters, spreadsheets, e-mails, corporate forms, presentations, etc.</li> <li>Provide comprehensive support for meeting preparation and attendance including agenda preparation and distribution, meeting minutes, equipment set up, travel arrangements, etc.</li> <li>Assist department staff with special projects, presentation development, preparation and monitoring of budget, office supply inventory, etc.</li> <li>Screen telephone calls and may resolve routine inquiries.</li> <li>Track equipment and coordinate repairs including changes and upgrades.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>DEPARTMENT PREFERENCES</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strong understanding of Finance terminology a plus.</strong></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.</li> <li>Two (2) years of secretarial or related experience required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Typing speed of 45 w.p.m. required.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of PC applications, i.e., Excel and Word and several types of office equipment.</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills required.</li> <li>Proficiency in business English.</li> <li>Must pass secretarial testing process.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
