Overview: The Business Performance Department is seeking a summer intern to assist in executing a broad range of performance improvement strategies. Applicants should have an interest in topics related to business process improvement. Experience relevant to the creation of analyzing data, and experience managing a project timeline is desired. Requires good writing, research, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Collect and analyze data.</li> <li>Create documents, presentations, and other communications.</li> <li>With the guidance of department leadership, organize and support all programming, workshops, and projects over the summer.</li> <li>Assist in coordination of&nbsp;logistical requirements for programs and workshops.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be a self-starter.</li> <li>Have the ability to work independently and as a team player.</li> <li>Must be able to multi-task and partner with others.</li> <li>Have a strong working knowledge of performance improvement and general employee engagement/business practices.</li> <li>Have the ability to manage small projects and lead meetings.</li> <li>Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.</li> <li>Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably at the junior or senior level status.</li> </ul>
