Overview: <p>This position will work with the BCN Project and Reporting staff to develop and complete a DMAIC style project. The specific project will be based on interactions with the BCN Customer Service staff and will be developed by the intern and the Project and Reporting team. In addition to the main project the intern will assist staff with daily duties including recurring and ad hoc reporting and work group participation.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Understand and utilize formal project management processes and tools.</li> <li>Apply business concepts and theories to real-world decision-making.</li> <li>Develop and improve business skills in communication, technology, quantitative reasoning, and teamwork.</li> <li>Observe and participate in business operations and decision-making.</li> <li>Meet professional role models and potential mentors who can provide guidance, feedback, and support and expand professional network.</li> <li>Develop work ethic and professional demeanor.</li> </ul>
