Paid Internship

Overview: Supports the marketing and communications function including project management, marketing analysis and marketing programs implementation support. Provides administrative and work flow management support for fulfillment and vendor management activities. Assists with content and editorial planning and management. Develops, monitors and manages project timelines and project plans.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Customer centric orientation.</li> <li>Ability to understand the needs and want of customers/prospective customers, the ability to translate that understanding into clear concise marketing &amp; communications approach which delivers the value of product, service, brand promise to a satisfy the customer/prospective customer&rsquo;s needs, wants and pain points for the purpose of generating leads and selling the product, service or solution offering.</li> <li>Understanding of market segmentation, consumer behavior, market research to develop marketing techniques &amp; communications strategies which position the brand to influence, persuade the target audience/market segment to take action, resulting in the achievement of a marketing and sales objective.</li> <li>Ability to apply insights from market segmentation, consumer behavior research and analytics to marketing program development and communications strategies and tactical execution planning.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Required &amp; Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in&nbsp;General Business, Marketing or Communication.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Ability to plan, organize, direct and control projects.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> </ul>
