Paid Internship

Overview: The intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to Office 365. The intern will develop analytical and communication skills; the ability to analyze and communicate audit and monitoring findings; develop an understanding of the Office 365 architecture.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li> <div>Process SharePoint site creations and content move requests per established governance.</div> </li> <li> <div>Gather audit, monitoring and usage analytics.</div> </li> <li> <div>Offer recommendations based on findings to improve the quality of our service offerings.</div> </li> <li> <div>Assist in the creation of automation tasks related to Office 365 processes.</div> </li> <li> <div>Troubleshoot end user related issues.</div> </li> <li> <div>Develop end user and help desk documentation.</div> </li> <li> <div>Prepare PowerPoint presentations and deliver them to peers and management.</div> </li> <li> <div>Review changes and updates in Office 365 and communicate to peers and management.</div> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Analytical skills.</li> <li>Problem solving and issue resolution skills.</li> <li>Written and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).</li> <li>Programming knowledge preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge of the REST API preferred.</li> <li>SharePoint online administration preferred.</li> </ul>
