Overview: <br />Selected candidate will have the ability to work on all aspects of product management including project coordination, business requirements gathering, business readiness, testing and implementation; assist with maintenance of web based entity documentation; document business process flows and enrollment requirements.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>IBU Portfolio Project Work &ndash; CRM and Enrollment</strong></li> <ul> <li>Coordinate and participate in managing projects</li> <li>Contribute in project planning, documentation, testing and status tracking</li> <li>Write meeting agendas, minutes, reports, process flows and other correspondence</li> <li>Assist in development of training materials</li> <li>QA and proofread documents, create a defects log, and compare paper and online versions of the documents for consistency</li> </ul> <li><strong>Third Party Playbook</strong></li> <ul> <li>Work with IBU and IBU business partners to request Plan, Rate, Business Rules and other updates</li> <li>QA and proofread documents, create a defects log, and compare paper and online versions of the documents for consistency.</li> </ul> <li><strong>IBU Operations</strong></li> <ul> <li>Document business process flows</li> <li>Document changes to the GoHealth application to correspond with paper application.</li> <li>Manage enrollment mutual requirements document</li> </ul> </ul>
