Internship

Paid Internship

Overview: <p align="left">The intern will be support workforce analysis activities and initiatives, including speech analytics and deep dive review of other performance metrics. This will include an opportunity to look at how effective and efficient the day to day performance is in our key call centers and provide recommendations based on the data analysis that is conducted. This is a great opportunity to look at varied call center statistics to draw conclusions and provide recommendations without the limitation of a pre-defined process.</p> <p>Julie Weber is the hiring manager. Kathy Sunman Bowers will provide day-to-day direction and evaluate the intern's work.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li id="requisitionDescriptionInterface.ID1544.row1" class="contentlinepanel">Assignments may vary depending on the intern's skill set.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Create charts and graphs in excel to easily view data.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Identify outliers and trends for further investigation.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Work side by side with WFA analysts to understand what is driving any outliers.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Provide recommendations to WFA leadership and analysts to drive further call center efficiencies.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Opportunity to work in SharePoint if the interest or skillset is there.</li> <li class="contentlinepanel">Intern will complete employee orientation, HIPAA training and OJT.<br /><br /></li> </ul>
