Overview: <p align="left">The intern will support the Medicare Advantage Customer Servicing areas. These areas include the call center, data analytics, strategy and the Grievance and Appeals area. They will support activities such as mail intake and review, data reporting, and data base tracking.</p> <p>Becky Harris is the hiring manager and will provide day-to-day direction and evaluate the intern's work.</p>
Responsibilities: <p align="left">Assignments &amp; Responsibilities</p> <p align="left">Assignments can vary depending on intern's skill set.</p> <ul> <li>Assist with maintaining mail data base and ensuring mail is processed as received</li> <li>Support analytics team with documentation and implementation of process improvements</li> <li>Support Grievance and Appeals area with mail intake and database tracking</li> <li>Assist with inventory tracking</li> <li>Assist with creation and pulling of daily data reports</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p align="left">Required:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Excel</li> <li>Experience with Word</li> <li>Experience working with spreadsheets</li> </ul> <p align="left">Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to multi-task</li> <li>Experience with MS Access</li> <li>Experience compiling data</li> </ul>
