Paid Internship

Overview: <p>Responsible for providing administrative and technical support to assigned department(s).</p> <p>Assist management with resolution of problems; conduct special assignments as requested and prepare reports and/or analysis, documenting the results with recommendations to management.</p> <p>Troubleshoot problems in assigned area and submit recommendations.</p> <p>May be required to interface with other areas, both internal and external, to resolve problems. Compile and analyze data and produce routine and non-routine reports, presentations, letters, communications and graphics.</p> <p>Assist personnel (both internal and external) by answering questions, supplying information and training.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Strong Excel skills with the ability to develop reports.</li> <li>Experience with documenting procedures and developing job aids.</li> <li>Ability to take notes and provide clear meeting recaps.</li> <li>Strong PowerPoint skills for management level reporting.</li> <li>Ability to schedule meetings and manage calendars.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Two (2) years of college preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency with current industry standard PC work and spreadsheet applications.</li> <li>Good organizational skills to prioritize multiple assignments, analytical skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.</li> <li>Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility where operational guidelines/procedures are non-existent.</li> <li>Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li> </ul>
