Responsibilities: <li>Responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees.</li><li>Responsible for providing assistance for promotional activities such as collateral distribution, coupon redemption, and conveying information to guests.</li><li>Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</li><li>Provide exemplary customer service in accordance with the Margaritaville Resort Casino standards.</li><li>Ensure complimentaries are issued in accordance with Margaritaville Resort Casino guidelines with the proper controls, auditing, surveillance, and coordination in place. Assisting in the resolution of player and cross department challenges through interaction both on the casino floor and off.</li><li>Work closely with hosts, slot department, table games department, guest services/call center personnel, IT, Facilities, and Security.</li><li>Meet and greet players at the club, on casino floor, at special events, and at promotions.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of information and agree to and sign the Margaritaville Resort Casino confidentiality agreement.</li><li>Support and maintain Margaritaville Resort Casino courtesy guidelines and ensure subordinate employee participation.</li><li>Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established by Margaritaville Resort Casino from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position.</li><li>Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.</li><li>Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Margaritaville Resort Casino policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.</li><li>Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes weekends and holidays on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.&nbsp;</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED required; minimum of two years culinary experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.</li> <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).</li> <li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.</li> <li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.</li> <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.</li> <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. &nbsp;Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li> <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li> </ul>
