Responsibilities: <ul><li>Verify all paperwork is accurately completed prior to sending to accounting/audit.</li><li> Verify funds received and disbursed to other departments.</li><li> Ensures that all local, state and federal rules and regulations are followed.</li><li> Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, foreign cash currency and paperwork.</li><li> Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed.</li><li> Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.</li><li> Performs the duties of the Player Services Cashier, Sportbook Writer or Main Bankers when needed.</li><li> Provides supervision to Player Services Representatives I, II or III.</li><li> Any and all duties as assigned by your Assistant Shift Manager or above.</li></ul>
Requirements: <ul><li>Must be 21 years of age or older. Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>High school diploma/GED; or one to two years customer service-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Must be proficient in computer knowledge to include keyboarding skills, all Microsoft Office applications, email usage, and database, spreadsheets, and word processing software. </li><li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.</li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. </li><li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li><li>Must have knowledge of all office machines and tools (jet sort, coin roller, credit card cash advance systems). </li></ul>
